With a distinguished background in entrepreneurship, Michael has mentored over 1,000 African startups as a Professor of Entrepreneurship, guiding young innovators to build sustainable, scalable ventures. His insights and leadership have also been recognized on global platforms, having spoken at and judged United Nations-sponsored entrepreneurship forums.

Beyond academia, Michael has held executive and advisory positions across multiple African startups and universities, where he champions impact-driven growth, inclusive innovation, and ethical leadership.
